Tronsmart new Android media player is coming! We will launch the world’s first octa-core 64-bit Android TV Box and name it as “Tronsmart Orion R68”.
Many users complain that the mainstream Android TV boxes can’t hardware decode H.265. Now as the annual flagship product – Tronsmart Orion R68 will solve the problem. Tronsmart Orion R68 can support H.265 video playback in hardware decoding and output True 4K resolution video@60fps. Moreover, the new box has HDMI 2.0 interface, and transfer 18Gbps in internet speed.
Tronsmart Orion R68 will be equipped with octa-core 64-bit Rockchip RK3368. RK3368 is three times faster and efficient than the mainstream quad core processors in the market. As RK3368 is capable of supporting 64-bit code computing, which can double the width of the data stream of the processor, and improves more higher efficiency in large scale data processing.
The biggest highlight of RK3368 is that it is based on 64-bit octa-core Cortex-A53 processor. Cortex-A53 is the most efficient ARM processor in the market.
Tronsmart Orion R68 will port Android 5.1 OS. The new OS will update the safety and stability, and bring totally new users experience to the Android smart TV box. The 5.1 OS with ART can accelerate the the installing, opening and operating speed. More importantly, the new OS is compatible with 32/64 bit applications.

It is estimated that there will be two different version to be released. One is 1GB RAM+ 8GB EMMC FLASH, and another advanced version with 2GB RAM+16 GB EMMC FLASH. Tronsmart Orion R68 will be available at the end of June or even earlier.
